- 12–24 hours before departure: 75% refund
- 6–12 hours before departure: 50% refund
- Less than 6 hours before departure: No refund

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method used during booking. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
In case of ferry cancellations due to weather conditions, technical issues, or operational reasons, passengers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
To cancel your booking, contact our customer support team with your booking reference number. Cancellations must be requested before the departure time to be eligible for a refund.
